USS Arizona
Diesel fuel oil has been leaking from the USS Arizona ever since it was sunk on December 7, 1941.
It was decided that it would be too dangerous, both to the workers and to chance a massive oil leak, to try to remove the remaining fuel from the Arizona.
It is expected that the remaining fuel oil will continue to leak, in very small amounts, to somewhere in the mid 21st century.
