1. TWO (2) TWENTY (20) - minute halves… running time.
Exceptions:
1st half - stop time for FT's in the last TWO (2) minutes.
2nd half - stop time in the last TWO (2) minutes.
Stop time for all timeouts and injuries.
2. Games begin on the HALF HOUR.  Warm ups are not guaranteed.
3. Half-time is FIVE (5) minutes.
4. Time Outs:
THREE (3) per team, FORTY FIVE (45) seconds each.  ONE (1) extra time out per OT.
5. Substitutions can be made anytime even after baskets (at the referee's discretion).
6. Fouling out occurs on the 6th personal foul.
7. The referee will handle the ball on all fouls and violations in the team's front court.
On violations in the back court, the team can take the ball out without the referee
handling it.  This is the old international rule.
8. Technical Fouls:
On a player:
1st offense: 2 points and loss of possession
2nd offense: 2 points, loss of possession AND player sits 10 minutes of game time
3rd offense: 2 points, loss of possession AND player is ejected
On a coach:
All offenses: 3 points and loss of possession
9. Overtime (all) periods are THREE (3) minutes; stop time in the last minute.
10. Late for morning instruction?
The score begins 1-0 against a team that is late LESS than THIRTY (30) minutes.
The score begins 2-0 against a team that is late MORE than THIRTY (30) minutes.
The score begins 5-0 against a team that MISSES morning instruction.
11. All high school rules apply.  Referee's decisions are final.
12. All defenses are legal every day of the camp.
13. THIRTY (30) second shot clock, called by the refs, in the last FIVE (5) minutes of the each
game.
