Burak was under the radar last season as Mt. Doug's defensive stopper coming off the bench.  This season saw a transformation as Burak became team co-captain and Mt. Doug's #1 scoring threat.  His relentless willingness to attack the rim meshed well with his ability to hit the three whenever he wanted.  These traits allowed Burak to finish third in league scoring with a 20.1 points per game average.
